At any point and for any reason, everyone will need help with aspects of daily life, but we recognize that many individuals will not seek assistance due to their lived experiences and identities. We want to ensure that the clients we serve feel heard, supported, and safe. This means listening more and showing up in a way that recognizes where people are so we can help them get where they want or need to be.

While the services we offer focus on improving your physical space, our work is guided by trauma-informed principles of safety, trust, transparency, collaboration, choice, and empowerment.

Our Business Model

We aim for a “pay what you can model.” Our goal is to serve, and we never want money to be the reason individuals go without getting the services they need to maintain aspects of their home.

While we have standard rates for the services we offer, we let clients know that if they cannot pay the standard rates, we will work with them; and if they are able to pay more, they can choose to do so to help offset the cost of other accounts.

In the future, we will have a platform for individuals to “pick up a tab” and pay for an outstanding balance on an account. For now, if you would like to make a donation, you can!
